This long hot summer looks to be full of changes. Eclipse season is starting and eclipses bring endings and beginnings. The first one is this Friday 13th, it is a partial solar eclipse at the new moon in Cancer. It is not visible in the UK but it carries a powerful message. Pluto, planet of permanent and lasting transformation is slowly making its way through sensible practical Capricorn. On Friday it will be opposing the sun and the moon. This is a good time to let go of things which we no longer need that are holding us back, so we can bravely create what we need to. There are two grand trines, one in earth (practicality) and one in water (emotions). These are positive aspects so this is a time to let go of fear and work to create what we know we want to. Aagh this is quite scary!
This eclipse looks to be quite relevant for me as it falls very close to my Moon in Cancer. On the domestic front and Cancer rules all things domestic, there are changes; minor building, redecorating and new chickens!
More importantly, on the career front, and Capricorn rules career, I have some good news. After twenty years of using and practising astrology, I decided to consolidate my astrological knowledge. So, over the last two years, I have been steadily working to gain a professional qualification. This work has been rewarded with a Diploma from the Mayo School of Astrology – with distinction no less!
I have lots of plans to grow my practice and spread my wings as an astrologer, now that does feel scary and exciting! So if you are looking for astrological consultations, talks, parties or lessons in and around Norfolk, please contact me.
